First of all
I would like to thank everyone involved in arranging for me to attend
the above course. I must admit I wasn't very enthusiastic about attend
another management course but as the week went by I became more
involved and by the end of the week I wished we had a little more
time.
Although the
content of the course was pretty much the same as others I have
attended in the past, Errol Williams,
the tutor, made it all very interesting. He was very patient and
listened to our concerns and helped us come to realise that with a
little more effort, we could solve some of our own problems in the
workplace.
Even though
he knew very little about the railway industry he managed to tailor
the course to meet our needs. Errol was very impressive.
This was by
far the best management course I have attended. Once again a big thank
you to all involved.
