Dear Errol

NEBSM Introductory Certificate

Now that we are coming to the end of 1998, I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the excellent results that have been achieved through the running of your NEBSM programmes.

In excess of seventy Supervisory staff have now been through the programme and the feedback from them has been extremely positive and complementary to yourself.

This feedback is not solely from the delegates themselves! Line Managers and Unit
Managers have also fedback to me that the programme has contributed to a noticeable improvement in individuals' self confidence to manage situations and also in their efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.

I am pleased with the results from this programme so far and am looking forward to continuing the series throughout 1999.

With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

Yours sincerely,

Tony Manktelow,
Training Manager, Development
