Passion to
learn and hunger for greatness
Errol
Ainsworth Williams was born on the 7 September 1959 in the UK to
parents of the Windrush migration. Although Errol passed through the
British education system with no formal qualification, his innate
drive and desire was to become the world champion in his chosen field.
Errol became one of the founders and the Executive
Chairman of Europe's largest multi-million pound
community complex, which was launched by His Royal
Highness the Prince of Wales. He is the author of three
books, Pursuing Excellence, The Temptation
Trap and Sowing For A Blessing. A
fourth book, (BAD) Building A Dream, will be
released March 2008. 'Pursuing Excellence,' a powerful
personal and interpersonal development and management
book
has been used as preferred reading material on several
coaching, introductory and certificate in management
programmes.
His training institute, SCHOLAR International, trains
hundreds of supervisors, managers, leaders and
underprivileged people each year with a hand picked team
of professionals. His vast experience from unemployment
to cleaner to
proprietor is the base from which sustained growth in this highly
competitive world market will occur.
Specialist in human affairs
Errol
is fast becoming one of the world's best trainers and motivational speakers, whilst
retaining the ability to cross all social and cultural bands. He is
one of the UK's foremost authorities on the psychology of personal and
interpersonal development, the challenge of leadership and
professional and organisational development. His ability to understand
and stimulate human potential is truly amazing. He has a PhD in results
amongst unemployed, underprivileged people and prisoners, who believe he is a
breath of fresh air.
Errol's individual and group sessions are simple, challenging,
entertaining, reliable and applicable to the world in which we live.
His commitment to excellence, customer care and total quality easily
enables him to build teams, develop organisations, empower employees,
managers and professionals.
For over five years Errol has been going into prisons to
conducted individual coaching and group training
sessions for women, young and older men. His ability to
relate to prisoners, cope with their many challenges and
produce results is what his life is all about.
Errol has a vast experience in being a talk show host,
TV personality and radio show presenter.
Motivated by success
The secret to Errol's success has been the result of revelation,
inspiration, intelligent advice, many mistakes, skilful action, great
teaching and sincere support. He is a dynamic, exciting, enthusiastic
and powerful communicator. No one has left his training sessions
without an inspiration and aspiration to progress. He is well known to
be an arsenal of valuable life transforming materials. When asked,
what business are you in, Errol responds, "I am in the life
improvement business."
Two of Errol's competitive advantages are, his ability to entertain his
audience and at the same time cause them to remember what they had
learnt. He uses tried, tested and proven methods that can be
immediately applied. His passion is to coach one million individuals
anywhere in the world to unleash their God given unlimited potential.
That is why he and Michael A Wilson designed and facilitates one of
the most powerful training programmes in Britain for underprivileged
people and for supervisors, managers and leaders. Errol agrees with
the words of Kuan Tzu, 3rd Century BC, "when planning for a year, sow
corn, when planning for a decade, plant trees, when planning for a
lifetime, educate and train." The mediocre teacher tells. The
good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates but Errol A
Williams inspires.
Enjoying life
Errol's pastime are:
learning, driving,
music, drama, photography, cricket,
football, squash, badminton, tennis, swimming, chess, backgammon and
helping others make money. |
